House Rules
Guest is required to sign a Renter Agreement and upload a photo of government issued ID.
Security Deposit Required $300 for short-term stays. Deposit to be held by Host on Guest’s Credit Card and will release 7 days post check out.
Mid-Term stays of one month or longer require one month’s security deposit. Security deposit will be returned after check out and cleaning of the unit.
Minimum age to rent is 21.
NO Smoking. NO pets. NO parties/events.
No overnight guests aside from guests registered for the stay
Please remove your shoes when coming indoors
Please don’t rearrange furniture
Please take care of furnishings, any damages will be charged to the guest
Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Use the trash bin for any sanitary products and please take out the trash to the bin outside before checking out
As we have a sensitive septic system, please do not put any cooking oils down the drain. Dispose of oil in the trash and take the trash to the bin outside before checking out
Please place all trash in outside trash bin either by the road or on the left side of the house
Quiet Hours are from 10:00 PM – 07:00 AM.
Parking/Access
You may park on the left hand side of the driveway closest to the entry of the unit. You are allotted one parking spot during your stay. Additional vehicles can use street parking.
Guests have access to the entire guest unit and private back yard but do not have access to the garage or the shed in the back yard.
Daybed Use
The couch/day bed pulls out into a sofa bed for use as a secondary bed. In order to use:
- Remove the throw pillows and back couch pillow.
- Pull the long edge of the bed containing the drawers almost all the way out. Pay attention to the slats, if they are too far pulled out the support will not be proper for comfort. It will cause the center of the bed to sink.
- The outer sheet contains two mattresses, remove one of the mattress and and place on the side that has been pulled out.
If you plan on using the daybed, you can request that it be set up as a bed for your arrival.
Extra Pillows and Blankets
Extra pillows and blankets can be found in the closet shelf in the bedroom and also in the drawers under the day bed. There are also extra throw blankets already on the couch and chair.
